The last Saturday in June, South Berwick hosts the Strawberry Festival, a day long celebration with entertainment, crafts, food, and of course, Strawberry Shortcake.
The Hackmatack Playhouse in Berwick and Dover provides year round theater activities. Seasonal productions can be found at the Ogunquit Playhouse, Theater by the Sea in Portsmouth, Prescott Park in Portsmouth, and the Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth.
