Chairman Suzanne Roberge called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. Councilors present included Robert Gagne, Richard Clough, and Michelle Kareckas. Town Manager Jeffrey A. Grossman and Assessing Agent Rosann Maurice were also in attendance. Norma Tutelian was not present.
On a motion by Mr. Clough, seconded by Mr. Gagne, it was unanimously voted to issue the following supplemental tax bills totaling $8,657.38:

On a motion by Mr. Gagne, seconded by Mrs. Kareckas, it was unanimously voted to grant an abatement to Daniel Hundley, Map 4, Lot 13C, in the amount of $412.30 and make correction to reflect quality of since finish work is not complete.
On a motion by Mr. Clough, seconded by Mr. Gagne, it was unanimously voted to grant an abatement to Michael Galvin, Map 6, Lot 40B, in the amount of $77.14 and correct the lot size and shape.
On a motion by Mr. Gagne, seconded by Mr. Clough, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:14pm.
