BOARD OF ASSESSORS
FEBRUARY 12, 2007
Chairman Suzanne Roberge called the meeting to order at 6:15pm. Councilors present included Robert Gagne, Michelle Kareckas, Norma Tutelian, and Jean Demetracopoulos. Town Manager Jeffrey A. Grossman was also in attendance.
Mr. Grossman introduced Craig Skelton to the Council. Five candidates were interviewed by Mr. Grossman, Dwayne Morin, North Berwick Town Manager, and former Assessing Agent Rosann Maurice. Mr. Skelton served as the Deputy Assessor in South Portland for 18 years.
On a motion by Mr. Gagne, seconded by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, it was unanimously voted to confirm the appointment of Craig Skelton as the Town’s new Assessing Agent.
On a motion by Mr. Gagne, seconded by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:20pm.
