BOARD OF ASSESSORS

Chairman Suzanne Roberge called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. Councilors present included Robert Gagne, Michelle Kareckas, Norman Tutelian, and Jean Demetracopoulos. Town Manager Jeffrey A. Grossman was also in attendance.
The Board briefly discussed the abatement and supplement requests submitted by the Assessing Agent for Arthur J. & Gail Goss and Arthur I. & Geraldine Goss. A data entry error was made when the property was transferred to the Goss Living Trust.
On a motion by Jean Demetracopoulos, seconded by Robert Gagne, it was unanimously voted to grant an abatement to Arthur J. & Gail D. Goss, Trustee, Map 1 Lot 32, in the amount of $2206.44.
On a motion by Michelle Kareckas, seconded by Robert Gagne, in was unanimously voted to issue a supplemental tax bill to Arthur J. & Gail D. Goss, Map 1 Lot 32, in the amount of $2206.44.
On a motion by Robert Gagne, seconded by Norma Tutelian, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:35 pm.
