Chairman Suzanne Roberge called the meeting to order at 6:33pm. Councilors present included Robert Gagne, Michelle Kareckas, Norma Tutelian, and Jean Demetracopoulos. Town Manager Jeffrey A. Grossman and Assessing Agent Craig Skelton were also in attendance.
The Board discussed and took action on the following abatements:

The Board also discussed two supplements. Land for Susan Brookes, #M3400R, was not correctly assessed to reflect the home built in 2005; and land for Samuel Mick, #F0420R, was assessed to the Town in error. On a motion by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mrs. Tutelian, it was unanimously voted to issue supplemental tax bills to Susan Brookes, M3400R in the amount of $3,804.75; and Samuel Mick, F0420R in the amount of $149.52.
Mr. Skelton presented the Board with the 2007 Municipal Valuation Return. There was no discussion. On a motion Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mrs. Tutelian, it was unanimously voted to accept the 2007 Municipal Valuation Return as presented.
On a motion by Mr. Gagne, seconded by Mrs. Kareckas, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:48pm.
