The Code Enforcement Officer has many responsibilities as well as enforcing the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. He is also the building inspector and Plumbing Inspector and he evaluates building plans and issues necessary permits.
Please schedule your appointments with the Code Office Assistant, listed below. This office is located on the second floor of the Town Hall. We process Building Permit Applications, Plumbing Permit Applications as well as Sub Surface Waste Water Applications. The Code Enforcement Officer is in the office Monday thru Friday, closed Wednesday. We also have all of the Assessing Records for properties in this office and can help you with copies of your Deeds or any other property information you may need.
