· Salmon Falls River Greenbelt Plan – need to continue to work on creating a clean copy/file after it was scanned into a Word document, so it can be reviewed and edited. Open item.
· Management goals for open space lands – Continued discussion on management goals for open space. Open item.
· Budget items.
o We talked about expenses for the 2006 budget:
§ $4000 for the coordinator subsidy
§ Salmon Falls update and reprint of Salmon Falls brochure funded by grant - $600
§ $700 for community programs
§ $300 for professional services
§ $100 for maps
§ $300 for storm water run-off education program. The Rubber Ducky education program.
§ $100 dues for Great Works Regional Land Trust
o Talked about expensed from the 2005 budget:
§ $100 Great Works Regional Land Trust
§ $590 for water monitoring – Great Works River Watershed Coalition
§ $300 for storm water management education
· Talked about other concerns: pond monitoring, quarry work, hiking trails
Education and Service to the community
· Managing a wood lot – We talked about moving ahead with the plan to develop a managed wood lot. Jean will check with local foresters on their interest. Also talked about signs to mark the area. Open item.
· Town Forest – trail work is being done as an Eagle Scout Community Service Project. Open Item.
· Painting Storm Water Drains – John will check with Terry Oliver – 384-3300 ext 117 and will find volunteers to help. Open item.
