BOARD OF ASSESSORS
OCTOBER 12, 2004
Chairman Robert Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. Councilors present included Suzanne Roberge, John Rudolph, and Richard Clough. Interim Town Manager Jeffrey A. Grossman and Assessing Agent Jeff Waterhouse were also in attendance. John Ford was not present.
The Board discussed the abatement request by Linda & Donald Jankoski. The assessing agent recommends a value adjustment of $18,300, due to several data elements being depicted incorrectly.
Mr. Waterhouse also added that action on this abatement should be taken up by the Municipal Officers because it is for a prior year.

Mr. Rudolph abstained from discussing or voting. He stated that Mrs. Lord is his neighbor and he shares the right-of-way involved with her. Mr. Clough stated that he had visited the property and felt that the value adjustment and abatement amount should both be changed. On a motion by Mr. Clough, seconded by Ms. Roberge, it was unanimously voted to change the assessed value on the property to $6,000 and grant an abatement in the amount of $756.47.

On a motion by Mr. Clough, seconded by Ms. Roberge, it was unanimously voted to sign the 2004 Municipal Valuation Return.
On a motion by Mr. Clough, seconded by Mr. Rudolph, it was unanimously voted to issue the following supplemental taxes:
