SOUTH BERWICK TOWN COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 4, 2008
Chairman Suzanne Roberge called the meeting to order at 3:30pm. Those present included Councilors Michelle Kareckas, Jean Demetracopoulos, and David Burke. Acting Interim Manager Roberta Orsini was also in attendance. Robert Gagne was not present.
NEW BUSINESS
1. On a motion by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mr. Burke, it was unanimously voted to enter executive session at 3:31pm pursuant to 1MRSA § 405.6C to discuss the acquisition of real property.
The Chair reported the following to the Clerk:
The Council recessed at 4:05pm and reconvened at 4:10pm.
On a motion by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mr. Burke, it was unanimously voted to end the executive session at 5:05pm.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mr. Burke, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 5:06pm.
