SOUTH BERWICK TOWN COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 22, 2008
Councilor Suzanne Roberge called to order at 6:21pm. Those present included Councilors Robert Gagne, Michelle Kareckas, Jean Demetracopoulos, and David Burke. Acting Interim Town Manager Roberta Orsini was also in attendance.
NEW BUSINESS
1. On a motion by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mrs. Kareckas, it was unanimously voted to enter executive session at 6:22pm pursuant to 1MRSA § 405.6A to discuss the interim manager position.
On a motion by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mr. Burke, it was unanimously voted to end the executive session at 7:25pm.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Mrs. Demetracopoulos, seconded by Mrs. Kareckas, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:26pm.
