PUBLIC HEARING
PARKS & PLAYGROUNDS ORDINANCE
OCTOBER 24, 2005
Chairman Robert Gagne opened the hearing at 6:30pm. Councilors present included Richard Clough, Suzanne Roberge, Michelle Kareckas, and Norma Tutelian. Town Manager Jeffrey A. Grossman was also in attendance.
The purpose of the hearing was to receive public comment on the proposed Parks and Playgrounds Ordinance. Mr. Grossman explained that the proposed ordinance would formalize rules and regulations for enforcement purposes. The ordinance is partially the result of negotiations with ENEL regarding Counting House Park.
No one in the public audience wished to speak.
The hearing was closed at 6:35pm.
