SOUTH BERWICK PLANNING BOARD REGULAR MEETING MINUTES FEBRUARY 19, 2002 7:00 P.M. ROLL CALL: Philip Kendrick, Jack Shipley, Andrew Patterson, David Burke, Dennis Smith (alternate), Kathy Delp (Planning Coordinator) CALL TO ORDER: Mr. Kendrick called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. MINUTES: Mr. Shipley motioned to table the minutes of the previous meeting.  Mr. Kendrick seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously. CORRESPONDENCE: None NEW BUSINESS: SP 02-01: Murat Ergin, Unit Condo Complex, Map 27, Lot 22B Murat Ergin submitted sketch plan for a major Site Plan Review. The Planning Board decided the sketch plan should be for a Subdivision. Site walk scheduled for Monday, February 25, 2002  8:00 a.m. Dennis Smith motioned for it to be reviewed as a Subdivision. Andrew Patterson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. OLD BUSINESS: None OTHER: David Burke inquired about Cummings Mill’s future plans.  Jack Shipley mentioned they were putting in one tennis court in the spring. DISCUSSION: None ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Burke motioned to adjourn.  Mr. Shipley seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously.  Meeting ends at 8:05 p.m.
