ROLL CALL: Philip Kendrick, Allan Breed, Jack Shipley, Andrew Patterson, Peter Cannell, Dennis Smith, Kathy Delp (Planning Coordinator)
CALL TO ORDER: Mr. Kendrick called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
MINUTES: Mr. Breed motioned to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Mr. Shipley seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
CORRESPONDENCE: None
NEW BUSINESS: SP 02-02: Christine Bolstridge; Major Home Occupation; Map 9 Lot 62 A
Mr. Breed motioned to accept, Mr. Patterson seconded, and all are in favor. Mr. Kendrick motioned to sign off on the Public Hearing, Mr. Patterson seconded. The motion carried. Mr. Shipley motioned to accept the Conclusion, Mr. Breed seconded. Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS: None
OTHER: Mrs. Delp asked for volunteers to work on the Comprehensive Plan Committees. Mr. Burke, Mr. Kendrick, Mr. Shipley, and Mr. Patterson volunteered.

ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Patterson motioned to adjourn. Mr. Shipley seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. Meeting ends at 7:50p.m.
