ATTENDANCE
Planning Board: Brad Christo (acting Chairman), Mimi Demers (Secretary), Bill Straub, Bruce Whitney (Alternate), and John Stirling present. Cheryl Dionne (Chairman) and Richard Clough absent.
Town of South Berwick: Jim Fisk (Planner)
Applicant/Owner: David Vachon, Building Committee.
Engineer: Tom Harmon, Civil Consultants
CONDITIONS
Overcast, cold, dark, with dawn just starting.
PUBLIC ATTENDANCE
- Mr. Tuttle, abutter.
SITE CONDITIONS
- Building location and survey control line were staked at the edge of the field into the wooded area of the site. The location of the parking lots were flagged and walked.
- Flat knoll as highest area for building was viewed and discussed.
- Existing and proposed drainage in the wooded buffer was reviewed.
- Proposed driveway location and alternates were viewed and discussed for sight distance on the outside of a large curve in Agamenticus Road.
- An impounded wet area at driveway intersection was noted.
The schedule was discussed and a workshop was recommended.
Site visit began at 7:00 am and concluded @ 7:47 am.
