The Planning Coordinator is responsible for reviewing site plan applications and subdivision proposals. He assists the Planning Board in gathering the necessary information to rewrite or amend both the Zoning and Subdivision ordinances.

The Planning Board meets twice monthly on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers.  Meeting agendas are available via the link above or from the homepage.   The first meeting of the month is dedicated to Ordinance Updates; the second meeting is dedicated to Development Review.
