From the North Berwick & Wells:
Follow Route 4 south into downtown South Berwick and turn right when it intersects with Route 236. Take the first left onto Young Street after the post office which is on your right. The library is at 27 Young Street, on the left in the former St. Michael’s Church. Off street, handicap and bicycle parking is available.
From Berwick:
Take Route 236 south into South Berwick. After crossing the railroad tracks, pass a white church on the left and take the next right (just before the funeral home) which is Young Street. The library is at 27 Young Street, on the left in the former St. Michael’s Church. Off street, handicap and bicycle parking is available. If you pass the post office you have gone too far.
From Kittery & Eliot:
Follow Route 236 north until it intersects with Route 4 in South Berwick. Turn right onto Route 4 and pass through the village. The post office will be on the right. Take a left onto Young Street just after passing the Post Office. The library is at 27 Young Street, on the left in the former St. Michael’s Church. Off street, handicap and bicycle parking is available.
From Dover:
Take Route 4 north and cross the bridge into Maine. Go straight through the village and bear left on what is now Route 236 (Route 4 goes right.) The post office will be on the right. Take a left onto Young Street just after passing the Post Office. The library is at 27 Young Street, on the left in the former St. Michael’s Church. Off street, handicap and bicycle parking is available.
