Downtown Facade Grant Program

The Town of South Berwick has created a Downtown Façade Grant Program to support economic development and downtown and community revitalization efforts in the Downtown Opportunity Area. The program offers matching funds for a variety of façade improvements, including painting, window and door repairs, signage, awnings, storefront restorations, exterior lighting, roofing visible from street-level, hardscapes and more.
